About Sarah Morton

Specialist Dietitian BSc. MSc. PgDip

Specialising in disordered eating including diagnosed eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa) in adolescents and adults as well as binge eating disorder and general weight management concerns.

Sarah also has extensive experience and additional training in IBS and implementation of a low FODMAP diet in order to manage IBS symptoms.

In particular Sarah believes the issues around life stage nutrition and hormonal nutritional concerns require a wealth of sensitivity as well as individualisation to ensure that a client's advice is as individual as their journey getting there.

To that end Sarah has a huge interest in female hormonal nutrition including fertility nutrition, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis as well as peri / menopausal nutrition.

The approaches and goals are patient centred in order to manage symptoms, improve outcomes and more importantly to empower clients.
