Low FODMAP Exclusion Diet for IBS
For those with diagnosis of IBS and exclusion of red flags including Coeliac disease (will need verification from GP / Consultant).

initial assessment;
review of exclusion phase;
review of reintroduction & any other IBS related concerns
- Supporting King's College booklets
- Email Support - during exclusion and reintroduction phase and for three months after completion
- App support via Recovery
